Language: English or Spanish Flower essences are a gentle practice that works with the qualities associated with different flowers to accompany emotional states, recurring patterns, and personal intentions. During the session, we will explore what you are currently experiencing and identify the themes you would like to bring awareness to. Based on this conversation, I will create a personalized 30ml flower essence blend designed specifically for you. The bottle you receive becomes a small daily companion, supporting your personal process and the reflections explored during the session. This is a safe, open, and judgment-free space for self-exploration. For organizational reasons, I require at least 24 hours’ notice for bookings. Same-day appointments cannot be scheduled unless payment has already been completed.
